Pilates breathing exercise significantly increased height temporarily (p <.001), kyphosis and trunk imbalance were significantly decreased (p <.05). Besides, the kyphotic apex was significantly improved (p <.01), and cervical fleche was significantly decreased (p <.05). However, the lordosis angle did not show significant changes.
